I was on Newstalk Breakfast this morning chatting about Mental Health 'Gurus' - doing more harm than good?
I’m sure you have at least seen one video online telling you the ‘symptoms’ of ADHD and you sit and think to yourself, wait do I have ADHD?
Not surprisingly a lot of these Mental Health ‘Gurus’ are not even qualified!

My 31 yr old daughter and her 33 year old friend conducted a tongue in cheek experiment where they both did an ADHD test online. This was as result of noticing that many of their peer group had been getting diagnosed with ADHD and they became very sceptical. They both got diagnosed with ADHD at the end of the test and it advised them to seek prescription for ADHD ... likely Ritalin or equivalent. Neither of them have ADHD in any way shape or form.
