I think he’s saying it’s really ok to say some spaces suit men better than women. They’re not excluded but enough of the shaming. Let’s celebrate what men are good at…if they happen to be more attracted to a particular industry or discipline. It’s not a bad thing.
Anyways, always good to hear a Sascha interview & I too have enjoyed listening to his thoughts evolve over the past few years. I’m glad he has taken the time out to share & write the book. I hope the many detransitioners in your group Stella will share it too. Curious to see how fatherhood will shape his discussion. It will be the next chapter.
"Colonization of male space." What does this mean, though? That girls and women shouldn't be allowed in gaming? Same with criticizing ideas of masculinity. Was I just supposed to keep silent about the harm of sexual harassment? Or is he talking about the boy scouts being open to girls? This is one place I agree should be kept sex only - boy scouts and girl scouts. If girls aren't happy with their troops, they can join/start a different troop. Girl Scouts needs to do better.
I do think boys and men need their own spaces as much as women do.

Incredible thoughts and theories from Sascha Bailey.
Such insight and thought provoking discussions in this episode.
It never ceases to amaze how powerful the mind is, and how critical it is that we find productive and healthy ways to engage it.
