This was such a great episode… many helpful talking points and approaches to take for those important, albeit often uncomfortable conversations with others. Thank you for shining such important light! I,too, look forward to the discussions to follow!

Great first episode!! I will certainly be tuning in each week. Mia’s contribution was inspiring and made me think I need to be braver in my discussions on this topic with ‘friends’. Thank you for all you guys have done and look forward to hearing more!

Great start! Thanks for all the links in the notes. Bruce to Caitlin Jenner was pivotal for me, along with Jordan Peterson's stand on compelled speech.

Now we see folks meekly allowing the Musk-Trump takeover; humans can indeed be darkly weak. Maybe that's one reason history repeats itself.

Looking forward to your conversations and interviews going forward.

Please, please more details about making your friends peak! How did you start, what did you say, what were the most common reactions and how did you deal with them?

Yes - I thought that was great too. I would love if Mia could maybe share her collected resources so we could use these to, to peak people- eg the pics of autogynephile men and their hatefully misogynistic sexually filthy comments, and the mutilated bodies of children lied to and devasted. The thing I’ve found though on many occasions, is that one on one, friends will agree with me, but then will almost ‘forget’ that they did and will re- turn on you against some point calling you a “transphobe” “bigot” and all the things. That’s the point I mentally retreat and go into my garden, it’s been where I pour all my sadness into, turn it into flowers lol! Xxx

So much of this resonated with me today..& where you all are at in trying to make sense of the darkness, devastation & tragedy.

But I think my favorite part was when Stella said something like “you could talk to a passing leaf”. I don’t know why but that seems to have stuck the most…sometimes the Irish have the best one liners 😂

You guys are fantastic! No doubt this will become my favourite podcast. I will wait for every episode with bated breath. You have also inspired me to improve a presentation I called, The Naked Ape in a Zoo, which attempts to explain a little bit about human nature. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your brilliant podcast and your courage to stand up and speak out.

Brilliant episode ,well done. Thank God there were subtitles because I'm hard of hearing and wouldn't be able to hear everything you were saying. You all spoke so well and I look forward to future episodes. Thank you x

I love you all. I can’t tell you how much this podcast resonated with me. Stella- I am naturally easy going and optimistic, but like you said, I’ve become wary and I guess “hurt” by the world in general. Mia, I am not so much brave as “compelled”. I can’t stand watching what is happening to children and childhood, because governments have massively breached public trust in allowing transactivists to dictate public policy. As you guys mentioned too, I’ve been repeatedly saddened every time another of my revered role models spouts nonsense after drinking the kool aid. In fact, please can you get Billy Bragg on your show and explain to him why he’s wrong. He was one of the reasons I started reading about politics when I was 14. Like all of you, I’m a voter without a party. The self interest and cowardice of so many people I know, it’s made me retreat into quiet pursuits. Nothing about this is “left”- it’s textbook totalitarianism. I’ve needed so much time to think, to digest all the insanity, and your podcast has helped me so much. I’m really looking forward to more thankyou.
